Sierra Balmain will manage Alfa Centrum Gdańsk

With the another property management takeover, Sierra Balmain strengthened its position on the Polish commercial real estate market and increased its space under management to over 550,000 m².

Sierra Balmain approaches each managed property in an individual and comprehensive manner, striving to maximize its potential and development opportunities. For over a year, we have also been working on many modern solutions that fit into the current market realities and new consumer expectations” – said Dorota Suchodolska, Director, Head of Operations Sierra Balmain.

Sierra Balmain will be responsible for all aspects related to the day-to-day management of the centre, including operational management, finances and accountancy, administration of lease agreements and marketing activities. One of the key pillars of cooperation will also be the leasing of retail space.

Alfa Centrum opened in 2002 and covers over 55 000 m². Centre's tenants include Piotr i Paweł, Sinsay, Rossmann, Douglas, CCC, H&M, Orsay, Empik, Smyk. There is also a Helios cinema, a climbing wall and the Institute of Good Education – the first school in the country to be located in a shopping center. Customers can use a free car park with 560 parking spaces.
