Galeria Pomorska, one of the most recognizable shopping centers in Bydgoszcz, was taken over in April this year by Sierra Balmain Property Management, one of the leading commercial real estate advisory firm in Poland. One of the leading real estate advisory firms – Sierra Balmain, has published its first ESG report. Among its achievements, the company highlights e.g., reducing electricity consumption by 40% in managed facilities, implementing projects designed to benefit local communities, as well as an effective equal opportunities policy in its own organization.

Gliwice's largest shopping centre Europa Centralna has a new owner. It is the leading Belgian investment fund Mitiska REIM. The agreement finalising the transaction was signed on 29 March 2023. The Europa Centralna shopping centre is one of the largest commercial buildings in Poland. Its 67,000 sqm of retail space includes a retail park and a shopping mall. The Gliwice centre celebrated its 10th anniversary on 1 March this year. During this time, the centre has become renowned for its extensive entertainment offer.

In January 2023 Sierra Balmain began the management of lease agreements and provision of financial services and corporate accounting for the Forum Gdańsk shopping center – a NEPI Rockcastle holding. This is the fourth collaboration between one of the leading real estate consulting companies and NEPI Rockcastle, the largest listed owner, developer and manager of shopping centers in CEE.

It is an initiative that helps families to access a wide range of attractions, as well as a form of support for sectors mostly affected by the effects of the pandemic.

One of the largest shopping and entertainment centre in Poznan, managed by Sierra Balmain, was sold to a new investor. The agreement finalizing the transaction was signed on September 22, 2021.
