Sierra Balmain awarded Property Management Company of the Year

The CEE Investment Awards ceremony is considered one of the most important events in the Central and Eastern European real estate industry. During the 13th edition of the CEE Investment Awards & CEO Networking Forum, the best companies were honored for their exceptional achievements in the commercial real estate market. 

Sierra Balmain received the Property Management Company of the Year award. This marks the third consecutive Company of the Year title for this company. Sierra Balmain has also won this year's and last year's award in the Property Management Company category in the CEE Retail Awards competition, also organized by Europaproperty.com.

Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, the company is currently one of the largest independent advisory firms in the Central and Eastern European real estate market. Among this year's achievements by Sierra Balmain, it's worth mentioning securing mandates for the partial management of Forum Gdańsk, one of the most modern shopping malls in Poland, the partial commercialization of Blue City in Warsaw, and the commercialization of service premises in residential complexes owned by NREP in Warsaw. Furthermore, Sierra Balmain prepared the sale of Europa Centralna, one of the largest entertainment and retail projects in Poland, and introduced an innovative service called Common Fee Audit.

Another award in such an important category is a sign of recognition from the industry, but also a summary of our work and confirmation of our current position. We are steadily marking our presence in the industry through new transactions, additional projects in our portfolio, initiatives, and the introduction of new property management services," said Aleksandra Mazzini, Chief Operating Officer of Sierra Balmain.

The CEE Investment Awards competition brought further success for Sierra Balmain in another category. Marcin Popowski, Investment Manager at Sierra Balmain, received the Rising Star Under 35 Award for his dynamic career and achievements. Furthermore, James Turner, Managing Director of Sierra Balmain and one of the company's founders, was nominated in the Professional of the Year category.

The 13th edition of the CEE Investment Awards & CEO Networking Forum gala took place on Thursday, October 26, at the InterContinental Hotel in Warsaw.
