New owner and manager of Galeria Malta in Poznań

In recent years Galeria Malta has become a unique format bringing together under one roof various forms of social activation and spending free time. Next to commercial, service and restaurants concepts, the centre also features: selfie museum, a go-kart track, a workshop room, a squash club, an escape room, temporary art and educational exhibitions, music, dance and sport events, conferences and workshops. 

„While working on the strategy for Galeria Malta, the key was its unique location as well as a special place for Poznan residents. We have successfully expanded the range of services and attractions offered in this place, and we have also opened the facility for cooperation with new partners” – said Aleksandra Mazzini, COO of Sierra Balmain. 

The new owner - independent European investment management firm, will take the facility over in the fourth quarter of 2021. Onyx Asset Management will take over the responsibility for the management of Galeria Malta. 

Galeria Malta 

Galeria Malta is one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in Poznań. 54,000 sqm of retail space contains stores and service outlets of many sectors, including popular and demanded fashion brands as Tk Maxx, H&M, New Yorker. The main offer of the Gallery is dominated by local and global brands from the mid-mass market. The gallery is distinguished by its location in the immediate vicinity of the recreational areas of Malta, a restaurant zone with a view of the Maltańskie Lake and a wide range of sport and entertainment activities.

Onyx Asset Management is a real estate and asset management company operating in Poland. The company manages a portfolio of office and retail properties in Warsaw and other Polish cities. Company’s team is a co-investor in the projects that Onyx manages.
