Among its achievements, the company highlights e.g., reducing electricity consumption by 40% in managed facilities, implementing projects designed to benefit local communities, as well as an effective equal opportunities policy in its own organization.

Gliwice's largest shopping centre Europa Centralna has a new owner. It is the leading Belgian investment fund Mitiska REIM. The agreement finalising the transaction was signed on 29 March 2023. The Europa Centralna shopping centre is one of the largest commercial buildings in Poland. Its 67,000 sqm of retail space includes a retail park and a shopping mall. The Gliwice centre celebrated its 10th anniversary on 1 March this year. During this time, the centre has become renowned for its extensive entertainment offer.

In January 2023 Sierra Balmain began the management of lease agreements and provision of financial services and corporate accounting for the Forum Gdańsk shopping center – a NEPI Rockcastle holding. This is the fourth collaboration between one of the leading real estate consulting companies and NEPI Rockcastle, the largest listed owner, developer and manager of shopping centers in CEE.
