Aleksandra Janusz has joined Sierra Balmain in January 2021 as Chief Operating Officer. This is a newly created function in line with the company's innovative strategies. Aleksandra has international experience, working across all sectors of the commercial real estate market, including retail, office, industrial and residential. Her skills in implementing modern business solutions are also extremely valuable for Sierra Balmain.
Aleksandra Janusz, recently CEO of Ciech R&D, was responsible for the implementation of the company's innovation strategy and the development of the company's research in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to that, she has held managerial positions and completed numerous transactions in the capital markets, including real estate sales, acquisitions and fundraising projects.

Aleksandra Janusz, has had a successful career in real estate transactions with NBGI Private Equity (currently Stage Capital), Rockspring PIM (currently Patrizia AG) and Goldman Sachs International in London and was involved in commercial and residential real estate transactions worth 1.4 billion euros. She is a member of several supervisory boards, including the management board of Galardia Sp. z o.o., a joint venture of Sierra Balmain and Stage Capital. She holds a masters degree from the University of Cambridge in real estate management and finance. Since 2014, she has been a mentor at Cambridge REF Mentoring, supporting young, talented graduates in their career path.
