Sierra Balmain secures another project - the company has been appointed to manage the Carrefour in Kraków.

The Carrefour hypermarket in Kraków spans an area of 12,000 square meters. Additionally, the property features a large, publicly accessible ground-level parking lot with 440 spaces. The asset is situated in the southern residential district of Kraków – Kurdwanów, conveniently located on one of the city’s main thoroughfares, Witosa Street.

Sierra Balmain assumed management of the property on May 15. T After Power Park Opole, this is another project entrusted to Sierra Balmain by the German subsidiary of the Leoff Group.

As always, we will leverage our full know-how and experience to enhance the value of the project. We are highly motivated and enthusiastic, thanks to the very productive first half of this year. In the past two months, we have acquired management of three new properties,” says Aleksandra Mazzini, Chief Operating Officer of Sierra Balmain.

Since April 1, the company has been handling the comprehensive management of Galeria Pomorska in Bydgoszcz, and since May 1, the management of Power Park Opole. With the latest contract to manage Carrefour in Kraków, Sierra Balmain has increased the total commercial area under its management to over 450,000 square meters of GLA, and the number of properties in its portfolio to 20. This further solidifies the company’s position as one of the largest independent real estate advisory firms in Central and Eastern Europe.
