Since 2023, Sierra Balmain has provided comprehensive management of the retail area of Osowa Shopping Center for one of the asset’s co-owners, Stage Capital. The company’s responsibilities include operational management, finance and accounting, leasing, lease administration, marketing activities and asset management.
Now, the company is expanding its services at Osowa Shopping Center through collaboration with the second owner, OIK Gdańsk Retail Project Sp. z o.o., a company owned by HANSAINVEST and responsible for the part of the shopping mall that includes Auchan hypermarket. Since July, Sierra Balmain has been providing leasing services for OIK Gdańsk Retail Project Sp. z o.o., and from November it will also take over lease administration services.
HANSAINVEST, part of SIGNAL IDUNA, is one of the largest German groups offering financial and insurance services and managing assets across Europe.
The new collaboration at Osowa Shopping Center is a significant step for Sierra Balmain, strengthening the company’s position in the commercial real estate management market in Poland.
“We wish to thank OIK Gdańsk Retail Project Sp. z o.o. for the trust they have placed in us. We see it as recognition of our previous work at Osowa Shopping Center. This new collaboration is another opportunity for us to leverage our capabilities and competencies, as well as to holistically contribute to the development of Osowa Shopping Center,” said Aleksandra Mazzini, COO of Sierra Balmain.
