Agata Stańkowska, previously Associate Director in the Retail Leasing team and a long-term member of the Sierra Balmain group, has just taken a new position.
Agata Stańkowska is a real estate expert with many years of experience specializing in commercialization and the planning and delivery of strategic leasing in shopping malls, retail parks and logistics centers. With over 15 years of professional experience, she has operated in the retail, office, industrial and logistics markets. Previously with AIG Lincoln (now White Star Real Estate), Agata has been with Sierra Balmain (formerly Balmain Asset Management) for the last 8 years.
„My main goal is building good manager-tenant relations. I care about professional and effective cooperation with both current and future tenants. Shopping centres are all about the offer provided by the tenant mix and we work with our tenants as partners. The strength of our relationships with our partners is always crucial but no more so than during 2020 facing the challenges of COVID-19 alongside them. During her career at Balmain Asset Management and Sierra Balmain, Agata Stańkowska has been involved in almost all the company's real estate portfolio in Poland and responsible for the commercialization of such facilities as Ferio Shopping Center in Konin, Galeria Pomorska in Bydgoszcz, Galeria Panorama in Poznań, Centrum Aura in Olsztyn, Centrum Galardia in Starachowice, Centrum Zakopianka and Galeria Kazimierz in Kraków as well as Centrum Jantar in Słupsk. Agata has worked on the commercialization of Galeria and Park Handlowy Emka in Koszalin, Centrum Echo in Radom and Centrum Zielone Tarasy in Elbląg. Additionally, she is responsible for Galeria Malta in Poznań and Central Europe in Gliwice.

Asset Management, Leasing, Property Management, Project Management and Marketing of shopping centers are the key areas of Sierra Balmain's operations. The company consistently increases its competences in this area and has recently launched a logistics platform, MainStage Logistics in partnership with Stage Capital. Currently, Sierra Balmain manages 16 shopping centers, including Galeria Malta and Panorama in Poznań, Galeria Pomorska in Bydgoszcz, Europa Centralna in Gliwice, Centrum Galardia in Starachowice and Borek Shopping Center in Wrocław.
